A lifelong outdoor enthusiast and devoted fisherman, Missouri’s own Jim Taff brings his love of nature and wildlife to the canvas with a detailed eye and deeply personal viewpoint that comes from the heart. Jim’s career as an artist, illustrator, graphic designer and advertising agency art director spans nearly 40 years. Beyond his painting and many comic illustrations, Jim’s advertising art helped shape consumer perceptions for some of America’s most treasured and beloved brands including Purina and John Deere.

Today, Jim brings his vision of natural beauty and the creatures that fill Missouri’s fields, woods, and waterways to life in an uplifting and heartwarming style.

When not filling his canvas with color, you can find Jim relaxing at home with his wife Sharon, not far from a Missouri lake or stream and the great outdoors that provide his inspiration.
